A 55 year old learning disabilities nurse from Barnsley, South Yorkshire has been struck off the register following a hearing in London by the Nursing and Midwifery (NMC's) independent Conduct and Competence Committee panel.Margaret Elizabeth Ellis, 55, who worked at Calderstones in Clitheroe, was struck off for using obscene language on more than one occasion, and acting inappropriately towards a client by handling him in a rough manner.
